Privacy Policy

Our Data Principles

These are hard commitments, not aspirations:

1. 1.Your data belongs to you. We claim no ownership over anything you store in FRONTIER.
2. 2.Your data is only accessible by you. No other user or third party can access your personal data.
3. 3.Your data is never used to train AI models. Not ours, not anyone else's. Your health metrics, training history and field notes will never be used to train or improve any AI system.
4. 4.Your data is never sold. To anyone. Ever.
5. 5.Your data exists only to serve you, within the app. Full stop.

What We Collect

To operate the platform we may collect:

• ·Account information — name and email address
• ·Performance & health data — activities, GPS routes, heart rate, sleep, recovery metrics and training load, imported or uploaded by you
• ·Mission & equipment data — plans, field notes, loadouts, debriefs and photos you create within the platform
• ·Basic technical data — device type, browser type and error logs to keep the platform running

We collect only what is needed to provide you with readiness insights and mission intelligence.

How We Use It

Your data is used to:

• ·Operate your account and deliver platform features
• ·Generate the readiness insights and AI-assisted analysis you see in your account
• ·Keep the platform secure and functioning

Nothing else. We do not use your data for advertising, research or any external purpose.

AI Features

FRONTIER uses AI to help you interpret your training, readiness and mission data. When you ask the AI a question, relevant data from your account — which may include activities, wellness metrics, missions and field notes depending on your settings — is sent to an external AI provider (currently the Lovable AI gateway, routing to Google Gemini) to generate your response. Your data is processed solely to produce that response and is never used to train, fine-tune or improve any AI model.

You can control what data the AI can access in Settings → AI data access. You can disable access to wellness and health metrics, field notes, photos and linked resources independently.

Your conversation history, including AI responses, is stored in your account and is deleted when you delete your account.

AI-generated insights are planning tools only. They are not medical advice and do not replace professional guidance. You remain responsible for your own safety and preparation.

Third-Party Integrations

You may connect Strava, Garmin or other activity platforms. We only access the data you explicitly authorise during the connection flow. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings. Previously imported activity data is retained in your account after disconnect — you can delete individual activities or request full account deletion to remove it.

Infrastructure

To operate the platform we use a small number of trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, database, authentication and analytics. These providers process your data only as needed to run the platform and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.

Your Controls

At any time you can:

• ·Edit or delete your data within the platform
• ·Disconnect third-party integrations
• ·Request a full export of your data
• ·Request deletion of your account and all associated data

Account deletion is available directly in Settings. For data export or other requests, email privacy@findyourfrontier.live and we will respond within 30 days.

Data Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure. Do not store formal medical records or clinical information within the platform.

Beta Notice

FRONTIER is in active development. Features and insights will change. Nothing in the platform constitutes medical, safety or expedition advice. You use it at your own discretion.

Age

FRONTIER is for users 18 and older. By using the platform you confirm you meet this requirement.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy we will let you know by email before they take effect.
